Job Description
Black & Grey HR is hiring for a leading turnkey interior fitout company in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Our client is looking for a Technical Draftsman to create technical drawings for their clients. You will be responsible for-
- Developing concept design, schematic phase and detailed design development for interior projects.
- Space Planning, Custom-made joinery details
- In-charge of all respective General drawings, Joinery Package, Details & Schedules.
- Coordinating with Interior design team, and other specialist to complete the job in timely and cost-effective manner
- Site inspection knowledge is a +
- Calculate dimensions, weight limitations and requirements in materials
- Create detailed designs with computer-aided design (CAD) software
Requirements
- An associate’s degree or certification program in architectural drafting, or similar.
- Candidate must have experience in Commercial project (offices, Retail, F&B)
- BIM or REVIT is not needed, the candidate should be proficient on AutoCAD software
- In-depth knowledge of building design, specifications, codes, and structural analysis
