· Create and curate high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content, including graphics, photos, and videos, aligned with the brand identity.
· Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales.
· Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to improve engagement and reach.
· Collaborate with the team to support marketing initiatives such as promotions, events, and campaigns.
· Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally.
· Maintain and update the company’s website with the latest promotions, offers, and menu changes.
· Coordinate with external vendors and photographers for content creation and event coverage.
· Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices to implement innovative strategies.Requirements
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management and marketing, preferably in the F&B or hospitality sector.
· Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and content creation software such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools.
· Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and email marketing is a plus.
· Strong creativity and attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
