Job Description
We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to join a leading French Bakery & Café in Abu Dhabi. The candidate will be responsible for managing the brand’s online presence, creating engaging content, and supporting marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to promote the brand.
· Create and curate high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content, including graphics, photos, and videos, aligned with the brand identity.
· Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales.
· Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to improve engagement and reach.
· Collaborate with the team to support marketing initiatives such as promotions, events, and campaigns.
· Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally.
· Maintain and update the company’s website with the latest promotions, offers, and menu changes.
· Coordinate with external vendors and photographers for content creation and event coverage.
· Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices to implement innovative strategies.

Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management and marketing, preferably in the F&B or hospitality sector.
· Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and content creation software such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools.
· Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and email marketing is a plus.
· Strong creativity and attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management and marketing, preferably in the F&B or hospitality sector.
