The client is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with a background in entertainment and venue operations to drive revenue growth and enhance client relationships. This role requires excellent communication, a presentable demeanor, and a proven track record in sales within the entertainment industry. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships. - Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns. - Work closely with the operations team to ensure successful event execution. - Coordinate with clients to gather event requirements and provide necessary support. - Ensure that all client expectations are met and exceeded. - Generate regular reports on sales performance and activities. - Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimization. - Provide feedback to the management team to enhance sales strategies. - Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing - Strong understanding of the entertainment and events industry. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Requirements
