Job Description

Spearhead the execution and oversight of complex engineering projects, leveraging a background in Mechanical Engineering with a Bachelors degree (B.E/B.Tech) and a stellar 10-year track record.
Assume a leadership role in managing project lifecycles, encompassing initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, adhering to industry best practices and the specific requirements of Saudi Aramco.
Harness in-depth expertise in Primavera P6 to meticulously develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring precise alignment with client expectations, regulatory guidelines, and resource allocation.
Demonstrate proficiency in navigating the unique intricacies of the Saudi Arabian market, including regulatory compliance, cultural nuances, and logistical challenges, to ensure seamless project delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both internal and external, to foster synergy, resolve bottlenecks, and drive project success within predefined timelines and budgets.
Oversee risk assessment and mitigation strategies, proactively identifying potential project pitfalls and implementing contingency plans to ensure minimal disruptions.
Establish clear communication channels with stakeholders at all levels, facilitating transparent reporting, status updates, and issue resolution while nurturing strong client relationships.
Champion the utilization of cutting-edge project management tools and methodologies to optimize project performance, resource allocation, and cost control, ensuring adherence to the highest quality standards.
Lead by example in adhering to strict safety protocols and industry regulations, prioritizing the well-being of project personnel and the preservation of the environment.
Continuously assess project performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and lessons learned, driving a culture of continuous improvement to enhance project efficiency and profitability, while meeting or exceeding Saudi Aramcos stringent standards.
