Position Overview:

 

Gulf Water Treatment Co. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our growth, identifying opportunities, and building lasting relationships with clients and partners. This role offers the chance to be part of a forward-looking organization that is at the forefront of the water treatment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential growth areas, emerging trends, and market demands. Develop insights to inform strategic decisions.

Business Strategy: Collaborate with the executive team to formulate and execute the companys business development strategy, aligning it with our mission and objectives.

Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to expand our client base.

New Business Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to secure new contracts and projects.

Proposal Development: Prepare compelling proposals and presentations, showcasing our capabilities and solutions to clients. Ensure proposals meet client requirements and industry standards.

Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed revenue targets through effective sales and business development efforts. Continuously monitor sales performance and adapt strategies as needed.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technical experts, project managers, and marketing, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Market Expansion: Explore and assess opportunities for expansion into new markets or regions, both domestically and internationally.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and ethical business practices

Qualifications:

·       Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).

·       Proven track record of successful business development in the water treatment or related industry.

·       Strong understanding of the water treatment industry, including technologies, trends, and competitors.

·       Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·       Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

·       Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

·       Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.

·       UAE market knowledge and network preferred.
