Key Responsibilities: Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential growth areas, emerging trends, and market demands. Develop insights to inform strategic decisions. Business Strategy: Collaborate with the executive team to formulate and execute the companys business development strategy, aligning it with our mission and objectives. Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to expand our client base. New Business Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to secure new contracts and projects. Proposal Development: Prepare compelling proposals and presentations, showcasing our capabilities and solutions to clients. Ensure proposals meet client requirements and industry standards. Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed revenue targets through effective sales and business development efforts. Continuously monitor sales performance and adapt strategies as needed. Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technical experts, project managers, and marketing, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Market Expansion: Explore and assess opportunities for expansion into new markets or regions, both domestically and internationally.
