Culture Initiatives
Employee wellness and engagement
Requirements
Experience:
Well experienced in L&D and Culture initiatives
Experience in employee engagement strategies
Experience in Training & Design and People Management
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
Excellent communication skills, sharp business acumen
Ability to build rapport with employees
Education:
BSc or a BA in Business, Psychology or a related field
A professional certification would be an advantage
