Leadership in the development of strategic objectives and plans for the department in line with the strategy, vision and mission at the level of the body system as a whole
Overseeing the implementation and achievement of the strategic objectives and objectives of the department
Directing the preparation, allocation and use of the sections budget and the exercise of expenditure control when needed
