1. Leave management (receiving approved various leave forms, data entry and maintain leave balance and provide reports)
2. Maintain attendance records (follow up on a daily basis to monitor employees attendance, follow up and provide report on absentees and non compliance with the attendance system )
3. Duty Travel Forms (check, verify and calculate allowance for further approval )
4. Issue employee certificates as required.
