Our client, a leading Real Estate Management expert, is looking to expand their team in Abu Dhabi and is hring for the position of HR Analyst. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the UAE within the same capacity. You will play a crucial role in collecting, structuring, analyzing, and reporting on HR processes and data. In addition, you will be required to support and administer tasks and activities relating to HR Projects.
Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overview of total CTC per employee within the company
Be a source of expertise on the HRMS system, able to support and guide other employees on its use
Run reports and provide data from HRMS as requested by the Head of HR or other members of the HR Team
Capture and monitor information for HR KPIs (absence, turnover, staff profiles, probation, performance, costs, timescales, etc) to inform patterns and trends as requested by HR
Be the lead on HR Metrics and Data - extracting data, analyzing, and producing reports as needed
Builds, leads, and maintains the teams data dashboards in order to provide the monthly input
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in HR, Business or any related field
Experience:
4 years of HR experience, ideally in a generalist capacity
