Lead and manage the full life cycle of interior fit-out projects (commercial, retail, hospitality, residential, etc.).
Interpret design drawings, BOQs, and specifications to plan and execute works effectively.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, and subcontractors throughout the project stages.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against them.
Ensure that material approvals, procurement, and site execution are aligned with project timelines.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure that all activities comply with quality standards, HSE regulations, and project specifications.
Resolve technical and contractual issues with consultants, suppliers, and the execution team.
Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Ensure project documentation, such as RFIs, NCRs, variation orders, and handover documents, is properly managed.
Supervise subcontractors and site engineers to ensure efficient execution of fit-out works.
Maintain excellent client relations and ensure smooth project handover and defect rectification post-completion.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
15 years of experience in managing interior fit-out projects.
Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, MEP coordination, and finishing works.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and high-value interior fit-out projects.
Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera, MS Project) and construction software (AutoCAD, Revit, ERP, etc.).
In-depth understanding of local codes, safety regulations, and authority approvals.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
