Job Description

Conduct precise land surveys using advanced surveying equipment and techniques, ensuring accurate measurements for construction and land development projects.
Create detailed survey reports, including topographical, boundary, and as-built surveys, to provide essential data for project planning and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to determine project requirements and survey specifications, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Prepare and maintain surveying instruments and equipment to guarantee their proper functioning during fieldwork, and perform routine calibrations and adjustments.
Establish control points and benchmarks to maintain accurate reference points for surveys and construction activities, minimizing errors in measurement.
Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software and surveying software to process and analyze survey data, generate maps, and create digital drawings.
Conduct field surveys for property boundaries, road alignments, building sites, and utilities, adhering to local regulations and industry standards.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols during fieldwork and follow environmental regulations to minimize the impact of surveying activities on the surrounding environment.
Provide clear and concise communication with project stakeholders, presenting survey findings and data in a format that is easily understandable to non-technical team members.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in surveying technology and methodologies to enhance surveying accuracy and efficiency, contributing to the overall success of the companys projects.
