Job Description

Greets guests and presents them with the menu.
Informs guests about the special items for the day and menu changes if any.
Take food and beverage orders from the guest on the order taking pads.
Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor.
Communicate with the guest and provide assistance with their queries.
Work as a team to get all the job tasks completed in any given time.
Observes guests and ensure their satisfaction with the food and service.
Taking guest feedback and encouraging guests to share their feedback.
Must have some familiarity with basic cooking knowledge.

Requirements

Prior experience in an educational institution as a waiter is a plus.
Education background in hotel management will be an added advantage.
Good communication skills.
Committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
Excellent grooming standards.
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
