Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the central point of communication across all project phases.
- Optimize workflows and resource allocation to enhance operational efficiency.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure continuous project progress.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct audits and performance reviews to find areas for improvement.
- Provide progress reports and operational insights to executive leadership.
- Stay updated on industry trends and apply best practices to improve operations.
- Estimate construction costs for materials, labor, and equipment to support budgeting.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and suggest alternatives to improve outcomes.
- Strategically manage labor, materials, and equipment to minimize waste and delays.
- Ensure client's resources are effectively used to meet project pipelines.
- Anticipate future resource needs to prevent over commitment.Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in planning, control, or cost management roles, preferably in real estate development or construction.
- Strong knowledge of project planning tools like Primavera, MS Project, or similar software.
- In-depth understanding of procurement, cost estimation, and budgeting in construction.
