Job Description

Black & Grey HR is hiring for a leading Technology Services company in the UAE. Our client has a wide range of services from Design to Maintenance and upgrade of existing systems in various sectors including Power and is looking for a Telecommunication Key Account Manager who will be responsible for achieving the set order booking/ revenue targets for the vertical in the region by effectively handling Key accounts and taking care of their entire range of telecom requirements across all data & voice solutions.

- 5+ years of experience selling Power and Data Centre solutions to the telecommunication industry vertical, 3-5 years of minimum experience as an account manager with DU.
- Understanding of the telecommunication opportunities that exist within this market segmentExperience with a network in the infrastructure market of the IT industry, including technologies like UPS systems, DC systems, Cooling Solution, Edge applications, energy management, and Infrastructure management system.
- Solid understanding of telecommunication market dynamics, including customer needs, processes, offerings, and competition
- Cutting edge sales and customer relationship management concepts across segments
- Managing key customers and building long-term relationships leading to increased business for Company
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams



Requirements


- Proven experience as key account manager
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
- Strong interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
- Attention to detail and solid analytical skills
- Fluent communication skills in English and Arabic are a plus
