To further enhance our service quality and operational efficiency, we are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Bilingual Technical Support Specialist fluent in Korean and English. Role Summary: As a Bilingual Technical Support Specialist, you will not only be the first point of contact for our Korean-speaking clients but also play a crucial role in bridging the language and cultural gap between our core technical teams and Korean-speaking customers. Your responsibilities will include providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software, translating technical documentation, and facilitating effective communication across different departments. Key Responsibilities: · Provide timely and accurate customer feedback, helping clients resolve issues related to computer systems, and the company proprietary software. · Serve as a communication bridge between Korean-speaking customers and the core technical team, ensuring clear and effective exchange of information. · Communicate with clients in Korean and English via phone, email, and chat platforms to diagnose technical issues. · Translate and localize technical documentation, support tickets, and client communications from English into Korean and vice versa. · Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles. · Document internal procedures, create solution-based guides for end-users, and assist in the development of communication strategies to enhance service delivery. · Stay current with system information, changes, and updates to ensure high-quality support. Requirements: · College degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. · Fluency in Language, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. · Proven experience in a technical support role, IT support, or in a similar technical environment. · Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products. · Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues, with a strong emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction. · Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. · Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. · Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate international clients.
