Provide an expert level of skills & knowledge in the evaluation, development, testing and delivery of Backend and Frontend Technologies like Node.js; Typescript; React.js on the AWS framework • Responsible for the solution estimation and delivery of multiple projects assignments and system change requests as per agreed resourcing and timelines with required quality. • Collaborate with the business in identifying integration requirements and create corresponding technical specifications • Develop solutions using defined development standards, procedures, and design specifications • Develop test scripts, perform unit testing, and contribute to integration testing of development objects • Provide technical support to end users; diagnose and resolve application-related issues, identify root causes, as well as institute corrective actions and preventive measures • Carry out detailed impact assessments for proposed change requests, proposing alternative cost-effective solutions where appropriate Ensure Change Controls are developed, tested & released according to an agreed schedule and ensure all high business impact changes are escalated as appropriate Minimum 12 years in development of IT projects • 4-5 years’ experience being in leading IT development teams for delivery of IT projects using Open Framework cloud Technologies • Should have been involved in at least four project implementations • Good analytical and communication skills • Knowledge in problem/change management process • Should be a team player and work across various Teams • Should have proven documentation skills • Experience Security Design and Administration • Ability to provide coaching & knowledge transfer to team members, including ensuring that resources have proper understanding of the System landscape and technologies • Solution delivery on-time and within budget • Adoption of standard & improvised solutions • Usage of product best practices • Ability to come up with innovative ideas and implement them. • Ability to provide robust solutions for complex requirements • Staff engagement scores • Talent Development • Succession planninRequirements
