Event Support: Accompany the robot when being rented out during events, Monitoring performance and safeguard it. Maintenance: Maintain and manage robots in good condition. Clean premises and offer refreshment to the clients. Support logistics and delivery of robots. Test performance: Record test procedures and results. Install, program and repair controllers, tools, conveyors. Inspect installation sites, train operators on robotics usage. Respond to customer question: on call, chat, email, and walk-in, in a timely and accurate way, by either answering the questions or passing it to the appropriate support staff, to ensure customer support. Manage the customer's technical request by either resolving the request onsite or asking the right team member on how to resolve the request. Participate and take active role in events: by the company like Robo CAMP, Robotics Championships, Robotic Internships, Events, Exhibitions, and Expo. Degree in Technology field. Exceptional computer skills in IT Hardware, including Microsoft Office, Zoho Finance, Zoho CRM Plus. Consistent, accurate, and thorough with an eye for details. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with good phone and email etiquette Able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment, provide timely reports, and feedback.
