Recruitment Planning: Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the company's hiring needs and business goals.
Job Posting: Create and post job advertisements on appropriate platforms to attract qualified candidates.
Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
Screening: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
Interviewing: Conduct in-depth interviews with shortlisted candidates, assessing their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Offer Extension: Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms of employment.
Onboarding: Onboarding: Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to welcome new hires, including ensuring the completion of all necessary documentation and reflecting this information in the HR system.
Employer Branding: Promote the company as an attractive employer through various channels.

Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is preferred.

Experience

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition within a corporate environment.

· Experience in the real estate industry is desirable.

Skills:

Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and best practices.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
