Job Description

  • Recruitment Planning: Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the company's hiring needs and business goals.
  • Job Posting: Create and post job advertisements on appropriate platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  • Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
  • Screening: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
  • Interviewing: Conduct in-depth interviews with shortlisted candidates, assessing their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Offer Extension: Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms of employment.
  • Onboarding: Onboarding: Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to welcome new hires, including ensuring the completion of all necessary documentation and reflecting this information in the HR system.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company as an attractive employer through various channels.
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.


Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition within a corporate environment.

·    Experience in the real estate industry is desirable.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
