Strategy/Governance Manage the monitoring and operations of infrastructure and applications security in order to ensure maximum service availability Ensure the timely provision of data and reports to the IT Service Delivery Head and recommend strategic improvements in order to support in planning, decision-making and continuous improvement of security operation services Operational Lead infrastructure security appliances management and configuration Lead network communications security Lead the management and administration of security solutions Lead user management from a security perspective Manage, plan and implement security solution projects Lead periodic reviews and testing of the application landscape and backend infrastructure in order to ensure that no security threats are uncovered Lead security operations technology evaluation and selection Manage vendor and contractual technical terms Lead periodic research in order to identify innovative and emerging solutions and technologies to improve security operations in GIT Lead security operations related problem resolution with internal and external stakeholders Ensure adherence with all defined service levels and system performance targets Available 24x7 to respond for business or IT operation team calls and attend urgent incidents with IT emergency team on site Prepare and endorse the security operations budget Manage and report on security operations financial spending Oversee the development of security operations initiatives TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) and ROI (Return on Investment) Formulate workforce planning reports and talent acquisition plans Set performance management objectives for all reportees and perform mid-year and year-end performance reviews Manage the team’s productivity to achieve the set KPIs and service levels Develop and coach the team to enhance their knowledge, skills, and performance Manage and resolve team conflicts Build strong relationships and working collaboratively with internal/external stakeholders and customers to achieve objectives Education Degree: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business field or equivalent Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems is preferable Required professional certifications at least one of Industry certification in cyber and security management (CISSP, CRISC, CISM, CSOCA) Preferred professional certifications: IT Service Management (e.g. ITIL, etc.), project management (e.g. PRINCE II, PMP, etc) 13+ years of Information Technology experience 5+ years of relevant working experience Working experience in multiple industries (Banking / Aviation / Government) is preferable Working experience in infrastructure and applications security administration and operations with management experience Working experience in infrastructure security appliances, network communication security and user managementRequirements
