Job Description

We seek an experienced Social impact expert to join one of our clients in Saudi Arabia - Riyadh.

Identify focus sectors and geographies in collaboration with the leadership, based on insights from primary and secondary research.

Propose an action plan and conduct a feasibility assessment for the selected social impact projects in the short, medium, and long term (which will vary across projects).

Prepare a detailed implementation plan for the projects, including technical details, budget, and required resources.

Build financially sound, executable, and data-driven impact interventions in line with the vision, mission, and objectives of the organisation.

Requirements

University Degree (preferably in the humanities, social sciences, anthropology) .

* Postgraduate qualifications in social sciences/community relations are preferred.

* A minimum of seven years experience in a social performance role within onshore extractive or major infrastructure.
