Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Site Engineer to supervise and manage daily site activities for high-rise construction. The candidate will work closely with the project and engineering teams to ensure that all construction activities are delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute and monitor daily site construction activities.
Review construction drawings and ensure site execution accordingly.
Supervise labor and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of works.
Ensure quality control and HSE compliance on site.
Coordinate with site management, engineers, and procurement teams.
Maintain site documentation – daily logs, inspection requests, and site reports.
Identify issues in design, materials, or execution and propose solutions.
Ensure availability of materials, tools, and manpower.
Communicate site progress to the project manager.
Assist in planning and scheduling construction sequences.
