Contribute to achieving the department’s business objectives by meeting assigned goals
Provides support to the after sales manager in answering product queries to meet the customer requirement.
Review and discuses everything with customer regarding the quotations and contracts, generates quotations,
Ensure smooth conversion of the free maintenance offers into maintenance contracts.
Follow up on maintenance contracts and renewals.
Follow up the lost service contract with customers
To attend meetings with customers.
Prepare contracts in Arabic and English
To coordinate inspection team for elevator survey
To follow up the other brand elevators
Prepare quotations for repair and improvement works.
Handle invoicing, billing and collection follow up for maintenance and repair work conducted.
Supporting the renovation offering.
