We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to build their own recruitment desk and eventually manage their own team of consultants, who sell our recruitment and consultancy services to automotive dealer groups, independent dealers, workshops, and automotive OEM’s (original equipment manufacturers). However, someone coming with recruitment experience in an industry outside of automotive is welcome. Our People focus on delivering exceptional service, catering to the needs of both new or existing candidates and clients. Managing client accounts, nurturing relationships, developing, and bringing on new business accounts, and working collaboratively to ensure that we’re able to exceed expectations, you will have excellent people skills and be passionate about delivering an exceptional service. You’ll encourage and engage your colleagues by supporting them to drive sales, enable them to overcome problems, and develop their skills. This role is integral to the success of our future. Ideally, you’ll have recruitment, B2B, account management or luxury sales experience, and a proven track record of both hitting sales targets and managing and developing a team. Reporting to our MD, the Senior Recruiter will also be required to complete operational tasks such as reporting, presenting and analysis. You will also spend around 80% of your time developing new clients and managing accounts yourself, so being able to lead by example is paramount to the success of your team.
