We are looking for a high-performing Senior Brand Partnerships Manager to grow the sales performance and revenue in KSA for ITP Originals and Top Gear Middle East specifically. Overall responsibility includes being part of the sales team of ITP Originals in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets for the division.
You will be responsible for identifying and developing new revenue streams and opportunities and growing the branded content & display ad marketing share for Top Gear Middle East in KSA. The ideal candidate will be proactive, driven and enthusiastic, with a passion for creative selling and onboarding new clients.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the team in the head office in Dubai
Developing new business leads
Sourcing, planning and closing branded content and Display Ads packages
Ensuring monthly and quarterly sales targets are achieved
Liaising closely with finance, operations and production teams
Generating revenue from agencies and direct clients
Using existing contacts to make an immediate impact
Maximizing market share in the region
Using current market information to analyse trends
Developing and growing personal client base.
Responding to RFPs and customising proposals to win new business in the region
Educating & converting brands to innovative branded content and display ads campaigns
Managing relationships with key clients such as brand managers, strategic planners, media, social and creative agencies to create awareness and develop a deep understanding of how to use our Digital Channels to reach the target audiences
Managing all sales operations activities
Requirements:
• Experience selling and closing scalable, innovative, branded entertainment products and programs
• Experience selling display ads and content across website(s) and Social platform(s)
• Experience in the automotive industry
• Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in selling branded content and Display Ads
• Strong client management skills, experience working with top brands and agencies and strong industry relationships in KSA
• Having an active and proofed advertising client portfolio in the KSA
• A solid understanding of online video space, and a good working knowledge on YouTube, specifically
• Experience in Media sales for YouTube and/or other Online Video Platforms/Publishers
• Ability to define sales strategies, execution plans and target setting
• Experience in the negotiation of deals with brands and agencies
• Excellent negotiation & communication skills
• Having great time management and analytical skills
