Main responsibilities:
1. Term-sheets preparation and negotiating them with clients and Company’s functions;
2. Calculation charter payment schedules;
3. Preparation of contracts based on English law in the commercial part (bareboat-charters, memorandums of agreement and other related agreements), as well as for compliance with internal approvals, including amendments to acting contracts;
4. Interaction with the client on the consideration, negotiation and the execution of the transaction, including documents collection for internal analysis and expertise;
5.Interaction with all functions of the Company on the consideration, negotiation and execution of the transaction;
6. Working off clients and Company’s functions comments and remarks on deals terms.
7. Arranging the closing of the deal, including documents collection (conditions precedent, conditions subsequent);
8. Documents preparation for deals internal approval (committee, board of directors);
9. Documents preparation and participation in the project’s presentation to the board and/or shareholders;
10. With respect to operational matters, ensure proper and timely communication, resolution of issues and project development decisions in accordance with the authority granted to the Employee;
11. Shall assist the Commercial Director in developing and monitoring client relationship management;
12. Client negotiations organization;
13. Cooperation with all functions of the Company.Requirements
