Job Description

Our client, a well-known retail business catering to sports goods and accessories, based in Dubai, is currently looking to hire a Sales & Operation supervisor, who has experience in any Sports development or any sports training club.

In this role, you will be primarily responsible for:

Running and operating a branch to its fullest.
Should be compatible to handle the overall performance of the center & capable enough to analyze staff performance.
Lead & train the employees to build & enhance organizational development.
Energetic persona with great communication skills which can lead to increased business sales.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you need to meet the following requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related courses.
Willingness to work in shifts.
Minimum 5 years of related experience from any pro sports training academy (preferred from a Padel or tennis court).
Out of box thinker & convincing customer service skills.
