Job Description

we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer for the BSSD -IDS to join our team in the Oman market. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B sales, preferably with experience in the local market. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  •  Handling direct B2B sales for Commercial Displays, LED Walls, Digital Signage etc.
  •  Managing integrators to enhance Tier 2 Sales
  •  Manage Key Accounts
  •  Direct Sales and business development strategies and plan by understanding competition.
  •  Business development along with the market Assessment and analysis.
  •  Achieving sales targets and goals as per Company Budget
  •  Specifying in house products and to lock the opportunities in RFQs / Tenders
  •  Managing key client relationships and providing with excellent service support
  •  To Assist the Product Manager in order forecasting with regular update on the prospects
  •  To carry out the maximum number of product demonstrations to create the product awareness with the partners and the customers
  •  Mapping all competitive activities and offerings, within the accounts to manage set goal and update the same to the Product Manager on regular basis


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering .
  • 2-4 years of experience in the relevant Industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to gather and interpret market data.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Valid drivers license or GCC and willingness to travel within Oman as required.
  • B2B sales of Information Display system (like Commercial Displays ,LED Walls ,Digital Signage etc. )
