As a Sales Development Specialist you will be responsible for the generating leads and building relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential clients to set our sales closers up for success. SDS will lead all opportunities to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching, and analyzing sales options.
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge through workshops, online courses, etc. to remain current on product updates, industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Maintaining CRM regarding the leads, accounts, deals and contacts being generated.
  • Manage aftersales services & follow-ups with clients.
  • Conducting training workshops and guiding sessions for clients.
  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
  • Follow and achieve set KPI’s and devises plans and initiatives for clients pipeline.
  • Coordinate with other sales team members to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring
  • Prepare professional, complete, concise, and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other documentation as required for Senior Management.


Requirements

Preferred Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Sales, Business Administration, or any related field.

  • Aptitude to work in a diverse environment.
  • Capability of efficiently managing workload, tasks, and priorities.

  • Prospecting and sales pitching.
  • Reporting and Documentation competency.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, G-suite and Slack.
  • Zoho CRM (or CRMs in general).
  • Exposure in IT and Data Science Industries.
  • Understanding of software sales mechanism and frameworks.

Medical Insurance Plan

The Company provides a medical insurance plan as per Company policy. Further information regarding the policy may be provided upon request and provided policies may change according to vendor’s change in their policy plan structures.

Leaves & Holidays Policy as per Saudi Labor laws, some of which being:
Annual Leave: 22 business days of paid Annual Leave per contract year.
Holidays: paid Holidays inclusive of Eid Al Fitr, Eid Al Adha, Saudi National Day and Saudi Founding Day.
Compassionate Leave: Paid Compassionate Leave of seven 7 calendar days, in the event of death of employee’s parent, spouse, or child.
Sick Leave: Properly documented sick leave with full pay for up to 30 calendar days; and an additional 60 calendar days at 75% of salary, during each year of service.

As an employee of the Company, you will be eligible to participate in multiple Company-sponsored benefits and allowances, including:

Housing Allowance
Employees who do not receive housing by the Company receive a Housing Allowance of 25% of the employees basic salary.

Transportation Allowance
Employees who do not receive transportation means by the Company receive a Transportation Allowance of 15% of the employees basic salary.

Communication Allowance
Employees who do not receive communication means by the Company receive a Communication Allowance of 10% of the employees basic salary.
