Position Overview: As a Russian-Speaking Automobile Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping customers find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs. You will use your language skills and knowledge of automobiles to build rapport with clients, understand their requirements, and guide them through the entire car-buying process.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Build strong relationships with customers to understand their preferences and requirements.
Provide information about available vehicles, including specifications, features, and pricing.
Conduct test drives and answer questions about vehicle performance.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Negotiate prices and finalize sales agreements.
Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Stay updated on industry trends, new vehicle models, and competitive offerings.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.

Qualifications:

Fluent in Russian and English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in automobile sales or a related field is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Knowledge of automobile features, specifications, and industry trends.
Valid drivers license.
