Role Objective: Create thriving business and partnerships opportunities and deals with potential partners, sponsors, and clients Support Suplift B2B2C and B2G2C offerings and partnerships efforts.
Develop sales materials online and offline to promote Suplift offerings for teams and organizations.
Own the sales process and collaborate with operation and supply teams to assure healthy business margins.
Create the sales pipeline, track it, and improve it on a bi-weekly basis
Initiate, develop, and close business deals and sales related to Suplift Experiences Retail offerings: bulk sales, sponsorships, brand partnerships and Suplift for Teams project.
Spot and explore opportunities for Suplift to expand its business offering and value in the market and communicate them to the team.
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Requirements
2+ years of relevant sales experience; experience at a technology or entertainment company a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
Experience in sales, marketing or related fields.
Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
Highly adaptable with a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.
Passion for hobbies and experience is a huge plus
