Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven SaaS ERP Sales Executive with a strong background in B2B software sales, preferably with hands-on experience in selling or implementing Zoho ERP or Zoho One solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing sales for our cloud-based ERP solutions. You will work closely with prospects to understand their operational needs and demonstrate how our ERP offering, particularly with Zoho, can solve business challenges and drive efficiency.

  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels (calls, emails, networking, etc.)
  • Conduct product demonstrations and ERP needs assessments
  • Present and promote Zoho ERP solutions to prospective clients
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Collaborate with technical and implementation teams for smooth hand off
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred)


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in SaaS or ERP sales
  • Experience with Zoho applications, particularly Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, or Zoho One.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and business process workflows (Finance, Inventory, CRM, HR)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches
  • Self-motivated with a hunter's mentality
