Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle guest reservations professionally via phone, email, or online booking systems.
  • Provide accurate information about venue services, events, and promotions.
  • Manage guest seating arrangements to optimize the floor plan.
  • Maintain accurate booking records and ensure effective communication with the team.
  • Resolve guest inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of hospitality experience in the UAE.
  • Familiarity with reservation systems like SevenRooms/OpenTable is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual preferred
