Requirements:

Hold a relevant qualification Western education - B.A in education or leadership diploma or equivalent cache level 5.
Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience working in a teaching capacity within nursery or preschool settings; experience aligned with Montessori principles is highly preferred.
Exhibit 5 to 6 years of leadership experience within a School/Nursery.
Demonstrate a genuine passion for Montessori Education and a firm conviction in its positive influence on childrens development.
Display patience and empathy, creating a supportive and caring environment that fosters childrens growth.
Showcase strong observational skills, adapting teaching approaches based on careful analysis of childrens behavior, interests, and progress.
Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective interactions with children, parents, and colleagues.

Organization, Strategy and Development

Contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of the schools policies, practices and procedures, to support the schools values and vision
Make a positive contribution to the wider life and ethos of the school
Work with other teaching staff on curriculum and students development to secure co-ordinated outcomes
Play the role of substitute teachers in an unforeseen circumstances that another teacher is unable to teach.

Workday and Time:

School work from Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 2:00PM)
