Job Description


On behalf of our client, we are now hiring experienced Recruitment Consultants for their expanding business. T
he ideal candidate will be a talented and dynamic professional, with an entrepreneurial flair to join the Human Resources Team. 



Main Job Responsibilities will include:
  • Liaising with the internal Sales Director and other departments to determine recruitment needs
  • Determine selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions
  • Source potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms etc
  • Evaluate applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments
  • Compile interview questions and conduct in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates
  • Prepare hiring forecasts as part of the companys strategic planning.
  • Document processes and foster good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants
  • Develop hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field
  • Ability to liaise with internal departments and develop hiring strategies and profiles
  • Advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants
  • Exceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates
  • Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


Requirements



  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a talent acquisition specialist into hiring Agents and Brokers in Real Estate
  • Certification obtained from the HR Certification Institute would be advantageous (CIPD, SHRM)
