Job Description

Black & Grey HR is actively seeking a candidate with outstanding communication and reception management skills for a leading company in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role is pivotal in creating a positive first impression as the initial point of contact for all visitors. The ideal candidate will embody a blend of dedication, professionalism, and warmth, contributing to an inviting and efficient office atmosphere.

Responsibilities:
-     Proactively greet and assist visitors, ensuring staff are promptly informed of their arrival.
-     Oversee reception area management, including security protocols, telecommunication systems, and maintaining cleanliness.
-     Efficiently handle inquiries, keep directories updated, and manage visitor badge issuance.
-     Skillfully operate telecommunication systems in adherence to set guidelines.
-     Accurately document operational tasks, providing necessary support to team members.
-     Maintain excellent telephone etiquette and professionalism, focusing on customer service while adeptly managing high-pressure situations.

Requirements

-     2-3 years of experience in a reception or similar role.
-     A university or college degree would be an advantage.
-     Proficiency in phone system management.
-     Experience with Microsoft Office suite is preferable.
