Job Description

Hiring Immmediately ! As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a role in managing the financial aspects of our landscaping projects. You will be responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, procurement, and cost control.

Requirements

Requirements:

Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
Experience in landscaping, construction, or a related industry preferred.
Strong knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and procurement practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and relevant estimating software.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
