Job Description
Key Responsibilits:
- Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans for Oil & Gas projects.
- Manage contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
- Monitor project costs, providing cost control reports and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and manage change orders.
- Support tendering, procurement, and claims management.
- Provide progress reports and ensure risk management for cost-related issues.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying in the Oil & Gas sector.
- Expertise in FIDIC contracts, cost control, and procurement.
- Proficient in QS software (Aconex, Procore, CostX, MS Excel).
- Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Chartered Membership (MRICS or equivalent).
- Experience in offshore and large-scale Oil & Gas projects.
