Job Description

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading turnkey interior fit out company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Our client is looking to hire a Project Manager (Mid Level) who will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the project life cycle of facilities related projects, as well as managing projects from conception through construction and completion.

-Developing construction plans, assisting in evaluating and selecting architectural, construction and engineering contractors

-Coordinating work of the project and designs teams, along with the numerous contractors who contribute to facilities projects

-Conducting market research and facilitating design review and build planning meetings

-Approving design specifications and developing purchase justifications for materials where necessary, in preparation for the build phase

-Conduct site inspections to ensure conformance to design specifications and building codes

-Reporting to Senior Level Project Manager

Requirements

-University degree from an accredited school in architecture, building engineering or interior design

-Three to five years experience in design and space planning for interior or construction projects

-Complete knowledge of architectural drawings and interior designs

-Supervise and manage the construction site

-Procure materials at competitive price

-Managing labour and ensuring that they comprehend the designs

-Discuss with the clients for there needs and requirements
