Main Duties · Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects · Ensure that project is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget · Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility · Work with respective stream leads and ensure resource availability and allocation · Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress · Work with respective stream leads and manage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques · Prepare status reports and steering committee reports · Maintain and manage risks, actions, decisions and issues · Report and escalate to management as required · Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors · Coordinate with stream leads to Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders · Coordinate with stream leads and maintain comprehensive project documentation using standard tools available for Daman · Track project performance and analyse successful completion of short and long-term goals · Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and other stakeholders · Work with stream leads and manage escalations of team members, external parties and business stakeholders · Build a trusting and safe environment with an emphasis on ownership and problem solving · Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution · Knowledge of oracle technologies, databases, integrations, IT SDLC processes, change management Work Experience Requirements · Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience (e.g., Technical project Management and Change Management)
