We are looking for an experienced Mastercard International Card Management Program Manager to lead and oversee our international card management initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, development, and execution of our card management programs, ensuring the efficient and compliant operation of Mastercard products and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, compliance, marketing, and technology, to drive the success of our card management programs while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and growth.

1. Strategic Program Management: Develop and implement a strategic vision for the Mastercard International Card Management Program, aligning it with the companys overall objectives and growth targets.

 2. Product Development: Collaborate with product development teams to enhance and expand our Mastercard product portfolio to meet market demands and regulatory requirements. 

3. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all card management programs comply with relevant regulations and industry standards while managing associated risks effectively. 

4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including finance, marketing, operations, and technology, to coordinate efforts and achieve program goals.

5. Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success and effectiveness of card management programs, regularly reporting on progress to senior leadership.

6. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to make data-driven decisions for program improvements. 

7. Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with third-party vendors and partners involved in the card management program, ensuring effective collaboration and adherence to service level agreements.

8. Customer Satisfaction: Focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences through Mastercard products and services, monitoring customer feedback, and implementing improvements.

9. Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets related to card management programs, optimizing resource allocation for maximum efficiency.

10. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team of card management professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
