Job Description

Our client specializes in industrial insulation, cladding and jacketing for the oil & gas, marine and industrial sectors.

We are recruiting a UAE experienced production supervisor to join their Northern Emirates team to manage the production operations through effective full cycle production management.

Role Summary

Plan and oversee production to deliver products on time – manpower planning, quality control, health & safety management and cost optimization.
Assist with hiring and training of technical production and machine operators.
Improve processes and procedures to optimize production performance.

Mandatory Skills

5+ years in production of corrugation, metal lamination, insulation fabrication, rockwool insulation, aluminium, galvanized and steel jacketing and cladding.
Experience in improving production processes, effective resource and material planning and maintaining production compliance in line with quality control and costs.
Good team management experience.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering

Candidate Profile

Currently living in the United Arab Emirates – must be able to work in the Northern Emirates.
Candidates must be able to live in Production Supervisor
Good command of English – must be able to read, write and speak good English.
Good presentation, interpersonal and presentation skills.
