Job Description

Responsible to manage the Pipes production in the factory and meeting the monthly production targets/benchmarks. To Prepare the production plan and accordingly coordinate with the shift supervisors. To schedule the required manpower for the production and ensuring the maximum utilization. Also responsible To Supervising Shift Supervisors, Operators & Maintenance Technicians directly. Prepare and manage all documentation for the production. To prepare the daily production reports and check the TQM program is

followed by or not.

To manage efficiently the plastic pipes production in factory and meeting of the monthly production targets and benchmarks.

To prepare the production plan and accordingly coordinate with the shift supervisors.

Minimize reject, waste and defect levels to ensure manufacturing costs are contained and enhance product competitiveness.

Ensure all Planning; Production Orders and transfer to final Stock are working properly.

Ensure that all raw materials, manufacturing/trading good items and manufacturing processes conform to the company Specifications and quality standards.

Check the Production procedures are following the TQM Methods and Six Sigma.

Provide the suggestion regarding Pipes machine purchase and installation.

Make sure that preventive and corrective maintenance plans are carried out consistently to minimize breakdowns and optimize machine availability.

Ensure that all machines are operating as per the defined parameter to maximize of output and achieve efficiency.

To Supervising Shift Supervisors, Operators & Maintenance Technicians directly.

Identify the HR requirements and training needs for his employees to ensure continuity in succession planning and rotation functions.

Ensure stocks of Raw Materials and spare parts are ordered in accordance to the max/min agreed upon stock levels.

Work with cross-functional teams to complete job orders on time and within customer specifications.

Be responsible for the implementation of ISO14001/18001.

Any other job assigned by the line manager.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Production/B.sc

Engineering and strong knowledge of Pipes Production.

8-10 years of experience in manufacturing field.
