Our client specializes in industrial insulation, cladding and jacketing for the oil & gas, marine and industrial sectors.

We are recruiting a UAE experienced production manager to join their Northern Emirates team to manage high quality and cost-effective production.

The successful candidate must have management experience in insulation and cladding production.

Role Summary

Plan and oversee production to deliver products on time – manpower planning, quality control, health & safety management and cost optimization.
Assist with hiring and training of technical production and machine operators.
Manage the corrective and preventative maintenance of mechanical industrial equipment to minimize downtime.
Ensure all production meets quality standards.
Improve processes and procedures to optimize production performance.
Ensure a safe working environment, adhering to mandatory health & safety requirements.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

5+ years in production management of corrugation, metal lamination, insulation fabrication, rockwool insulation, aluminium, galvanized and steel jacketing and cladding.
Experience in improving production processes, effective resource and material planning and maintaining production compliance in line with quality control and costs.
HSE and quality management in an aluminium, fabrication or powder coating environment is mandatory.
Strong team management experience.
Proficient use of ERP.
UAE driving license is a strong advantage.
