Strategy - Ensures implementation of the local go-to–market product marketing strategy including definition and communication of product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy.
Targets - Understand and study the products to be the referral and trusted point of contact for the local sales organization as skilled product expert. Implements product marketing targets and budgets. Ensures their achievement through regular oversight, definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed. Leverage Digital and Modern Marketing opportunities and plans to generate new leads and business opportunities.
Marketing & Business Development - Work closely with Marketing and Communication team for activities related to the market segment, create marketing documentation and support customers for a technical point of view. Listen and understand existing customer and market needs by visiting customers and supporting them to implement client’s products/solutions
Analysis - Coordinates market analyses with Product Marketing team and Sales team members and defines appropriate forecasts and plans. Evaluates and shares customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
Sales Support - Oversees sales execution for assigned products by coordinating the preparation of relevant materials and guidance to Sales team(s).
Training - Drives sales efficiency by ensuring appropriate product knowledge (technical and sales) for each Sales person.
Ensures know-how sharing and cross-collaboration
Standard & Governance - Implements and ensures compliance with global and local standards, rules, tools, policies and processes related to operations/project execution and shares functional best practices and lessons learned across the organization
Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering,
2 – 5 Years experience
Fluent both in Arabic & English, speaking and writing.
