Job Description

ITP Media Group reaches an audience of more than 104.6 million people across the Middle East and beyond through its leading websites, portals, social media platforms, events, conferences, award ceremonies, magazines, books and social media influences agency.

ITP Media Group is looking for a savvy, ambitious Performance Marketing Executive to join ITP Perform, the company’s dedicated, integrated performance marketing agency.

Working alongside the Performance Marketing Manager, the Performance Marketing Executive will help build and execute digital marketing campaigns for external clients, in addition to ITP’s own portfolio of media brands.

You’ll assist in delivering end-to-end performance marketing campaigns for clients across a wide range of platforms across ITP’s portfolio, as well as major third party platforms.



Requirements

Key responsibilities

  • Delivering end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across key digital channels including: Paid Social (Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Twitter); Display; Paid Search; YouTube Video (Google Ads)
  • Explore and segment audiences and apply those audiences to campaigns.
  • Optimise campaigns, exploring what works and what doesn’t, and reallocating spend into areas that best meet (and exceed) clients’ KPIs.
  • Website competitor analysis and keyword research to help with keyword optimisation on our brand sites
  • Creating comprehensive digital marketing reports, identifying trends and presenting the results to clients and stakeholders in the company.
  • Creating and managing pixels, communicating with our website developers to make sure our tracking is always in place.
  • Communicating with clients and understanding their needs as well as advising what is worthwhile and feasible for our clients and brands.
  • Working with large budgets and allocating those budgets to wide-ranging campaigns, while keeping constant track of spend and performance.
Personal attributes and essential skills
  • A minimum of two years’ experience managing end-to-end campaign delivery across key digital channels.
  • Experience segmenting audiences and applying them to campaigns.
  • Basic SEO knowledge (preferred)
  • Proficient in Google Analytics (required)
  • Proficient using Facebook Ads and Google Ads dashboards (required)
  • Experience using Google Search Console and Google My Business (preferred)
  • Creating Pixels and implementation (preferred)
  • Proficient in MS Office; Word, PowerPoint, Excel (required)
  • Creating digital marketing reports (required)
