Our client is a vibrant organization that provides children’s activities and we are recruiting an experienced office administrator with strong HR experience to join their Dubai office on a temporary contract for 3 months to cover maternity leave.
Role Summary
Manage the day-to-day office activities to ensure the smooth running of the operations and manage all the HR activities such as liaising with the PRO and coordinating payroll, absence and leave management, recruitment, onboarding and maintaining the HR database.
Liaise with vendors and contractors.
Organize meetings and travel arrangements; prepare reports and presentations; respond with emails and maintain accurate records.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
7 – 10 years’ office administration experience with a minimum of 3 years’ UAE working experience in an office administration and HR role.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
Candidate Profile
Currently living in Dubai.
Fluent in English – must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
Demonstrates a high level of confidentiality, attention to detail and ability to make decisions, prioritize, meet deadlines and solve problems.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills as this is a very interactive role.
