Job Description

Job Location: Saudi Arabia

Opportunity Type: On-Site / On-Shore Directly on Client Payroll.

· Manages end user devices and Configuration, Troubleshooting and endpoint security

· Provides On-Prem and Remote and meet SLA accordance with committed agreements

· Proactive approach for solving IT and Network for all Users of Enterprise

· Administers assets and supports IT warehouses that store assets

· Resolves IP / Voice / TCP / Communication issues

· Addresses Peripheral issues in collaboration with the respective vendor

· Oversees MPS vendors service delivery and performance

· Supports conference room systems and digital signage

· Updates ticketing and service management system and tracks inventory of the technical equipment

· Prepares and distributes training manuals for end user IT tasks

· Trains users on how to navigate Enterprise IT environment and provides guidance to end users in the use of systems and equipment

· Provides remote advisory to help desk engineers at branches

· Supports IT activities such as planning, procurement, assessment, and reporting

· Provide Training to Subordinates.

· Supports file sharing and backup (mailbox, One Drive, One Drive cloud storage)

· Follows all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner

· Installs required software application updates on end users’ PCs.

· Performs other related duties or assignments as directed.

Requirements

· Experience Networking / Switching and Routing Technologies.

· Experience in end user devices and peripherals including provisioning, remote and desk-side support, break-fix, maintenance, and endpoint security

· Expertise in Windows 10 and Windows 11 administration, LAN management, Wi-Fi, end user backup, PC hardware, and endpoint security

· Knowledge of MS Office

· Trained in the following: Microsoft: Managing Modern Desktops and ITIL 4 Foundation

· Automate Windows deployments by using Windows Autopilot and Manage applications by using Microsoft certifications preferred
