Job Description

Review, ascertain, evaluate and study the Planning Requirements issued by the Contractors, Clients to ensure that the plan & logic of Construction Programs are consistent with Clients, Contractors scope of works

2.Prepare and monitor Baseline Schedules to ensure that project activities are in line with the agreed construction program.

3. Plan, implement, establish, and monitor suitable monitoring tools to compare actual performance vs planned performance which enable necessary corrective actions.

4. Coordinate and correlate with the site team and maintain continuous communication to ensure that the site team comprehends the program requirements and necessary actions are implemented and progressed.

5. Generate and monitor Manpower Histogram, S-curve, KPI, Cash Flows, Weekly and Monthly reports to ensure that project planning requirements are fulfilled.

6. Review, study and evaluate the changes to contract works and revise the construction program to ensure that the consequent entitlements are secured and contributes to evaluate and preparing time related construction claims so that such claims are accurately composed and contractually viable.

7. Coordinate and communicate with Contractors / Clients to ensure that the progress of works is in line with the project program requirements to achieve the goals.

Requirements

Minimum educational, professional and vocation qualifications required. Should have a B.Sc. degree in Engineering (either Mechanical or Electrical) . proficient in MS Projects, Primavera and other planning tools.
Should possess a high degree of analytical skills, communications skills.
Must be involved in the Electromechanical services of high-rise buildings, shopping malls etc.
Fluency in English Language is a must.
Expertise in Construction Planning is a must.
Minimum years of relevant experience: 5-6 years of overall experience (foreign and UAE) in the same discipline Strong Computer literacy is also required. Should be a strong team player. Level and type of behavioral and functional competencies required. - Language – English - Computer Skills, i.e. Microsoft Office, Primate - Communication skills
