We are looking for an ambitious marketing specialist to be responsible for developing and managing all aspects of our marketing strategy. You will focus on creating, implementing, tracking and optimizing our digital and traditional marketing campaigns across various marketing channels. To be successful as a marketing specialist, you must be highly self-motivated, proactive, and have a working knowledge of current marketing tools and strategies in order to execute successful marketing campaigns.
To coordinate and be the point of contact for the outsourced marketing agency
To assess and prepare marketing collaterals in order to improve lead generation and sales.
To plan, delegate and deliver marketing materials contributing to revenue improvement
To communicate, coordinate, monitor and report marketing efforts by the outsourced marketing agency
To implement consistency on various channel exposures by working closely with the creative director and copywriter
To create planning for event coverage like coordinating photoshoots video shoots and case studies documents
To monitor and plan improvement methods on target audience profiles
Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events
Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met
Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums
Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs
Requirements
2-5 years of experience in marketing
Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g. Zoho One), and content management systems
Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
