Job Description

Black & Grey HR is hiring a Marketing Manager for a well-established Infrastructure Solutions provider in UAE. The candidates’ basic tasks will include copywriting, designing, delivering and reporting on social media campaigns. We are looking for a candidate who will be proactive in making suggestions to management on potential marketing activities and events.

- Planning and creation of content for our social media channels, website content management, organizing events.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share optimized content for the website and social networking accounts
- Monitoring, tracking, and analyzing our social media performance
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones

- Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product management, sales, or customer support
- Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
